Founding story

Drucker + Falk began in Newport News, Virginia in 1938, when Emanuel E. Falk and A. Louis Drucker — who first met as children in the Drucker family grocery store — formed a real estate and insurance partnership rooted in long-term relationships, accountability, and care.

From the start, the founders believed that creating lasting value meant more than managing assets; it meant building communities, earning trust, and investing in people.
